All products that are purchased from our e-store are not applicable for return/exchange except for damaged product(s), wrong product(s) delivered.
To request for a return/replacement, you are required to send us an email or call us within 2 days after receipt of your order(s). Our customer service representative will guide you through. Damaged or wrong product(s) must be photographed send (whatsapp +6013-838 8750) or email (trexmetalware@gmail.com) to us.
We do not practice cash refund. All return(s) will be made in kind of the same value.
Any product(s) that has been consumed /used will not be entitled for return/exchange.
All faulty items must be delivered in original packing without open to No: 5, Jalan Bunga Raya 6A/2, Seksyen BS4 Perindustrian, Jalan Bunga Raya Sentosa 1, 48300 Bukit Sentosa, Selangor, Malaysia. Within 5 working days from the date of goods receive. Delivery costs to be covered by customer.
If any damage cause by Postal Service please return to postal service without sign the receive order form.
Cancellation
We will only accept order cancellation by email followed by phone call, if the order has not being processed yet.
We will only refund 80% of the total order amount.
