Junior Executive
Responsibilities:

  • Prepared and manage order fulfillment ( eg.sales order, purchase order, invoices)
  • Update customer & tracking files with issued such as Delivery Order, Invoice
  • Handle all daily incoming calls
  • Attend to walk in customer or visitors
  • Organizing outgoing and incoming deliveries, courier, mail etc
  • Responsible in payment collection
  • Assist customer enquiry, sales order, quotation, complain and question through online and offline platform.
  • Managing customer orders and delivery status
  • Update customer data, daily sales data and performance
  • Timely processing of customers delivery, to inform customer of any delays and to arrange alternative delivery solution
  • Monitor and follow up pending delivery
  • Assist in stock allocation and stock management such as handling goods received, good return, stock transfer
  • Prepare purchase order and purchase requisition sent to suppliers
  • Ensuring on time delivery of purchases item & follow up with supplier
  • Coordinate and assist with Others Department
  • To set in place for each property management
  • Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior

Requirements:

  • DISCIPLINE
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Good Communication Skill.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Digital Marketing or equivalent.
  • Posses own transport.
  • Aggressive, positive & initiative
  • 5 ½ working days per week

Qualification:

Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U
